Being a president of the Rotary Club is a great honor and a challenge.

However, leading fellow Rotarians in a year which has a slogan as stated in a title inevitably imposes higher awareness to one of the major ideas Rotary is based on – the humanity. Our efforts and goals can be summed in that simple phrase that describes the actions undertaken by all of us.

As a Belgrade Metropolitan Rotary Club President, I have undisputable trust in our Club Board of Directors and the finest ladies and gentlemen, the members, who gave me their confidence in representing and leading the Club in this Rotarian year. I have no doubts that their willingness and inspiration will convert my task to pleasure and fulfillment.

Dear Rotary friends,

I wish to express my gratitude for the trust vested in me by the "Beograd - Metropolitan" Rotary club to act as the Club President during the Rotarian year 2010-2011.

This confidence, which is an honor to me personally as well as to the members of the Steering Board, at the same time represents an obligation to follow the spirit of the four well-known Rotarian rules in realization of all plans set to ourselves in this Rotarian year.
The mission of the Rotary Club "Beograd - Metropolitan" for the year 2010/2011 shall be to assist and lead the Rotarians towards accomplishment of the Rotary goal.

Our activites in months to come will be focused on improoving of situation in Serbia Healthcare sistem, but we will give our best to support institutions for homeless children also.

We are not starting out; We are continuing the work and enriching our activities with new ideas based on results the club has achieved so far.
As a Club with strongly developed international cooperation we are allready recognized in Belgrade public and social life so we have an obligation which is getting bigger and stronger every day to fulfill a common dream of better future for Belgrade, for Serbia and human kind.
